Racist, homophobic and sexist words dominate every part of our social life, both public and private. Is this just a reflection of widespread vulgarity or is there a circular relationship whereby words, thoughts and actions are mutually reinforcing?
Priulla follows the trail of language in order to enter the dark sides of our society and faces the unresolved issues of gender relations. Far from being inert, words define the context where we live and play a decisive role in the construction of individual subjectivity and collective identity. Practicing a daily dissent and a conscious use of language.
