Stella is a rebel and nonconformistic girl. She never smiles and doesn’t want a steady boyfriend. She only listens to punk music and feels indestructible. When she meets Jacopo, he finds her tough, but love wins. When Stella seems to be overwhelmed by happiness, a disease risks to take her down. Stella tries to isolate herself, but she is not alone.
